By using ChitroYug Academy services, you agree to these terms. We provide fine arts diploma courses, educational materials, and certification upon successful completion.

Enrollment

Eligibility: Open to all ages and skill levels. Students under 18 require parental consent.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and all activities under your account.

Payment & Refunds

  • Course fees must be paid before access is granted
  • Payments accepted via authorized gateways or bank transfers
  • Refunds available within 7 days of enrollment (processing fees may apply)
  • No refunds after course commencement or 7-day window

Course Policies

Attendance

Regular participation and timely submission of assignments is expected.

Academic Integrity

All work must be original. Plagiarism or cheating is prohibited.

Certification

Certificates are issued upon meeting attendance and performance requirements.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All materials are copyrighted and intended for personal educational use only.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your artwork but grant permission for display in galleries and promotions.

Prohibited Activities

  • Illegal or unauthorized use of services
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Malicious code or unauthorized access
  • Sharing credentials or recording course content

Liability & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Courses may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with Guwahati, Assam courts.
